What if your church could spot declining engagement before someone slips away, understand how your congregation is growing, and plan with greater confidence? Crossfold is building a smarter way to turn everyday church data into meaningful pastoral insight.
Simple attendance tools today. A vision for thoughtful, data-driven church intelligence tomorrow. No technical expertise required.
Easy QR check-in • Meaningful attendance insights • People-first pastoral care
From attendance and first-time visitors to members who may benefit from a personal check-in.
Beyond attendance tracking
Businesses use data to understand who might leave, what's changing, and where to invest. We believe churches deserve tools that turn information into timely, compassionate action too.
Our vision is to recognise early signs of disengagement, so leaders can reach out with care rather than discover an absence months later.
Explore how attendance and membership might change over time to help plan ministries, volunteers and space.
Eventually, use historical patterns to support responsible planning, including optional, privacy-conscious financial forecasting.
Predictive features are part of our product vision and are not yet available. Insights will support human judgement, never replace pastoral relationships.
Better Data. More Meaningful Care.
See attendance patterns that might otherwise go unnoticed. Crossfold helps your team identify members who have become less engaged so you can decide when a personal follow-up may be appropriate.

Turn attendance and demographic data into clear reports for planning, leadership, and accountability.
No app. No hardware. No complicated setup.
Generate a service-specific QR code and display it on your screens or entrance signage.

Meet the founder
I'm a Data Scientist with over five years of experience using data, statistics and machine learning to help organisations make better decisions.
In retail, I've seen how data can help a grocery business identify customers who may stop shopping and take action to retain them. It made me ask a question: if businesses can use data to notice when customers are drifting away, why shouldn't churches be better equipped to notice when people need care?
That question is the vision behind Crossfold. I want to build an intelligence framework for churches: one that starts with simple attendance tracking and grows into thoughtful tools for understanding engagement, anticipating needs and planning for the future.
This isn't about reducing people to numbers. It's about giving pastors and church leaders better information, so they can spend more time doing what matters most: caring for people.
